The property project
Situated in the heart of the old village of Ardon, the project is set among old buildings.
Particular attention has been paid to the volumetry of the project and its siting, in order to respect the surrounding built fabric.
Set back from the Rue du Châble, the building is located on the edge of the wine-growing area to the very north of the village.
This provides a quiet environment away from the nuisance of road traffic, while offering uninterrupted views of the Valais vineyards on the hillsides.
The building has 3 storeys, one of which is under a roof structure, offering interesting volumes with high ceilings.
The building includes an underground car park with 26 parking spaces, limiting the number of vehicles on the surface.
In all, there are 13 flats, comprising 2.5 and 3.5 rooms, with a variety of orientations.
