The property project
Located in the heart of the Valais capital, the project is set in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. Its architecture is modern and uncluttered.
Located on Avenue Maurice-Troillet, the building is close to Sion town centre and the Conthey shopping district, giving you easy access to all amenities. Located at the foot of the Colline des Potences, the Strates building enjoys a peaceful, natural setting.
The configuration of the plot has greatly contributed to the geometry of the project, with a system of flat types radiating out from a central stairwell. The project offers a diversity of orientations and views.
The ground floor comprises a large, bright entrance hall, cellars, service rooms and a pleasant recreation room that can be used by the building’s occupants for receptions and other activities.
There are seven flats on each floor, with different orientations and views. Each flat has its own private loggia, providing a generous, unoverlooked outdoor space.
