The property project
The TRIO development is located at the entrance to the village of Bramois, just five minutes from Sion, the capital of the Valais. Nestled in a peaceful, leafy setting, this development benefits from an ideal location that combines proximity to urban amenities with the tranquillity of a village residential area.
This dual quality combines practical comfort and peace of mind, with easy access to public transport and essential infrastructure, including the Sion hospital complex and the motorway, both in the immediate vicinity.
The architectural project comprises three separate buildings, linked by a shared basement that houses the car park, cellars, laundry and technical rooms.
Situated on a plot in the ‘hamlet village’ zone, TRIO is inspired by the traditional morphologies of historic villages, characterised by fragmented volumes and varying heights. This interplay of volumes and roofs, borrowed from period buildings, has been designed to blend harmoniously into the urban fabric of Bramois.
The 55 flats offer a wide range of types, from studio to 5.5-room, including several duplex attics.
Each flat on the ground floor has its own private terrace and garden, while the upper floors have balconies so you can make the most of the outdoors. This layout is designed to enhance residents’ quality of life, providing them with spaces that are as comfortable as possible.
